Will the PS Vita Be Released November 4?

Recently questions have been swirling around the possible release date of Sony's new PS Vita. The speculation all started when the PS Vita's release date was apparently leaked by a UK gaming shop.

Currently, the shop is accepting pre-orders for the PS Vita on it's website, with a release date of November 4, 2011 displayed in the sidebar.

According to GameSpot, the game store claims that the PS Vita release date is "from Sony". However, GameInformer UK was apparently told by Sony UK, that the date was not in fact official.

Officially, the PS Vita is set to release sometime at the end of 2011, but no exact release date was given.
